The wine of a straw colour with golden reflections will capture you by the heavy scent of ashes, white currant and wild peach.
The taste is juicy and young, featuring tones of peach compote, gooseberry marmalade and yellow melon, the finish is gently spicy.
We recommend to serve the wine with goat cheeses, lamb chops and a fruit cheesecake.

The wine was produced using eco-friendly wine-making methods. Pressing was performed after 22-hour cold maceration on skins; filtered must was inoculated with a pure wine yeast culture and fermented at a temperature of 20 °C (68 °F). After alcohol fermentation, the wine was quickly decanted from the lees.
