E-shop terms and conditions

Prices, terms and conditions are only valid with Czech Republic.  Wines from e-shop cannot be shipped to other countries.
Prices in the e-shop include 21% VAT. Payment by customer on delivery when received.

Expedition and delivery

Transport rates and conditions apply to Czech Republic. Shipments abroad will be solved individually.
The goods will be delivered to your door within 5 business days after the order is received.
Orders of 1 – 6 wine packages are delivered via Toptrans courier service. Delivery is paid for by the customer and is charged depending on the size of the order:

Warranty claims

Incorrect quantity and obvious defects during delivery must be claimed via letter immediately or within 48 hours after delivery.
Photo of the defective and/or damaged goods including description of the defect must be sent to info@templarske-sklepy.cz .
