The color of the wine is bright green-yellow to greenish. The aroma is intensely fruity, we recognize black currants, ripe gooseberries and flowering elderberries. The juicy and stimulating taste is dominated by ripe nectarine, compote peach, complemented by the spiciness of green kiwi and yellow melon. We recommend it for asparagus with hollandaise sauce and spinach turkey pocket, for light fruit salads and chicken with stuffing.
