The wine has a slightly oily consistency, the aroma combines tones of compote tangerines, citrus, cinnamon and roses. The taste is pleasantly sweet, juicy, reminiscent of candied fruit with a delicate spiciness at the end. We recommend the wine with sweet desserts such as Tiramisu, Panna cotta, pancakes with banana and chocolate. It also suitably complements cheese with blue mold or roasted veal with rosemary.
