Saint Croix Sekt Brut Classique

The coupage for the preparation of this sparkling wine was artificially composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Sparkling wine is the color of white gold with a hint of onion skin. The aroma is dominated by the tone of a ripe summer apple with a deep ripe expression indicating 24 months of lying on fine sludge. The juicy and refreshing taste radiates tones of dried garden fruit with long-lasting minerality.
