The wine is light yellow. The aroma is dominated by citrus fruits with a slight hint of muscat. The taste is sweet with a subtle hint of pineapple and hazelnut. The acid is fresh, harmonious with the residual sugar. Thanks to the higher residual sugar, the wine is very well combined with apple strudel with raisins, grilled fish and poultry preparations with fruit dressings and unspicy pork dishes.
