The color of the wine is medium deep garnet red with reflections of dried orange peel. The aroma combines tones of prunes, plum butter and cherry seeds. The taste is delicate, smooth, delicious with structured tannins. We recommend it with grilled lamb leg and Dutch Pecorino cheese.
