Hibernal

It's late cider white, interspecific varieties. It was founded in Germany by crossing Riesling and Seibel. The variety is now popular on the east coast of the USA, the Czech Republic is not yet significantly expanded.

Characteristics of the wine:

Typical varietal wine has a greenish color, the bouquet is intense, pleasantly fruity, full of flavor, very extractive, typically spicy. The variety wines is higher acidity, subtle choices in harmony. The smell and taste you can search for black currant, gooseberry, pineapple, peach, grapefruit, blood orange, kiwi, apple, pear, apricot, peach, delicate floral notes, leaving sometimes subtle bitterness. The wine is suitable for storage.
