These sparkling wines are manufactured in limited editions from complete varieties, utilizing the “classic method“ of fermentation inside the bottle. Aging of these bottles takes place in the dark Templar cellars for a period of 12 months. Sang BRUT and Sang Real DEMI SEC sparkling wines are offered in this line, both furnished with vignettes made of special paper and an original Knights Templar seal. These products are categorized under the Komtur Ekko series, designed solely for wine shops and restaurants.
